| Bio: |  Full Name: Narcissa Antoinette Black-Malfoy Nicknames: Bellatrix calls her 'Cissy'. Date of Birth: February 5th, 1955. Age: 40 Years Old House and Year: Slytherin Alumnus Wand: Unicorn Hair, and Walnut. 10 1\2" Bloodline: Pureblood Sexual Orientation/Marital Status: Heterosexual, Married to Lucius Malfoy. Occupation: Housewife and Mistress of Malfoy Manor Pets: A White, Persian cat by the name of Maeve Boggart: Her Husband and Son dead at her feet, That's her greatest fear although people might think otherwise. Patronus: A Tiger which represents Devotion, Sensuality, Power, and will power in the face of adversity. Appearance: Narcissa is a very beautiful woman, although outside of her home people very rarely believe that she smiles. She stands at 5'10" and is very slender. She has long blond hair, and light blue eyes set against very pale skin. She's always been described as looking something like a porcelain doll by her closest family- very much in contrast to both her sisters who had a darker look about them. She wears the best sets of robes and is always made up and looking as perfect as her title would demand of her. She carries herself with her head held high, confident that there are very few as striking as her. PB: Nicole Kidman History: Narcissa Black was born into the 'Most noble and ancient house of Black'. She was one of three daughters, her two siblings being Bellatrix Black-Lestrange and Andromeda Black-Tonks. Even though they were sisters, even growing up they were very different from each other and although this was sometimes a source of conflict-- they still managed to get along and survive their childhood somehow. Narcissa always believed she was something of the favorite; because she was unique. In many ways, she was a Daddy's girl-- she was always striving to please her father.  Growing up, she was taught to believe in her bloodline and superiority above everything else, as was the rest of the family. Although there was never any proof of it-- The Black's were suspected to have ties with Gellert Grindelwald and be active in 'cleansing' the world of muggles and mudbloods alike. When Narcissa went to Hogwarts; she had never questioned which house she would be sorted into. Slytherin was the only option, where her family had ended up for centuries. Though many wouldn't expect it of her, she excelled at school both academically and socially. She was popular in Slytherin House, but because she was picky of the company she kept and she never hesitated to dismiss people she considered 'unworthy' she was not always well liked amongst the other Houses. She kept a few close friends; but her best friend while she was at School was Lucius Malfoy. She had a crush on him for many years, but didn't act right away. It was around this same time her sister broke ties with the family, and to this day it still bothers her and hurts her, but she would never admit it aloud. After Graduation, she and Lucius became engaged. She was very proud of the match, and she was thrilled that she was marrying a man she cared so deeply about. Their engagement was rather long by wizarding world standards, but the world was changing around them. Lucius, and her family, proudly enlisted in the service of the Dark Lord Voldemort. She was not as active in her support as her sister, but she did what was necessary and what she could with her new title of Malfoy. She was shaken when the Dark Lord fell rather quickly in 1980, and she was suddenly very concerned for the sake of her new family and her newborn son, Draco. Lucius managed to keep them from any sort of harm, though the harm was done in her mind. Their reputation was not what it had once been, and she had almost lost her husband. She was shaken. Time passed, and the rise of the Dark Lord had become history though they continued to hope that the whispers of his presence were true. But Narcissa spent her time doting on Draco, and getting him ready for Hogwarts. It was bittersweet when her son left for school was sorted into Slytherin House. Personality: Narcissa knows her beliefs aren't considered 'popular' by main-stream standards; but she doesn't hide them. She is not as active with her beliefs as her husband or her sister, but she's not afraid to tell people what she believes. She'll do whatever necessary to uphold the family name, and take care of her husband and son and make them happy. They are truly her only weakness, and although people consider her somewhat cold and stone-faced; she is the complete opposite around them. Her loved ones get to see a side of her that no one else will ever witness. To people Narcissa doesn't care for, or those who she considers to be blood traitors- she is cold and condescending and could easily live up to the reputation of an 'Ice queen' or 'bitch'. She doesn't care what they think, doesn't believe they should be in society and again, makes no secret of her belief. The only things she hides are her husbands activity with the Dark Lord, or the on-goings of the Death Eaters for her families safety. Narcissa is overly critical of herself; the way she looks, the way she speaks, the way she performs her duties. While someone would believe a thought doesn't run through her pretty little head- she is actually quite bright and grasps things easily. She does like to read, and learn and she has been doing magic since she could walk. She hates that because she's by all standards considered "beautiful" people think she also must be stupid. She likes to look good, and she likes to make her husband look good- but she doesn't see herself as a one dimensional person like people believe her to be. Narcissa is a hopeless romantic, and quite sensitive under her cold façade. Strengths and Weaknesses: Narcissa is surprisingly good with charms, she's smart even though some people believe she is nothing but Lucius Malfoy's trophy wife. She is very well spoken, and very educated even of things outside of the curriculum of Hogwarts. She has been trained to do magic since she could walk. Narcissa has picked up on habit from muggles, she learned to play the piano at a very young age, and is quite accomplished at it. Her weakness is her close-mindedness, and the fact that she is spoiled. If she was forced to run the household and do Lucius's duties by herself, she would most likely fail and go into a fit of tears. If anyone were looking to destroy her, all they would have to do is take her husband and son from her- she would easily lay down her life for both of them. Habits\Quirks: Narcissa will not wear her hair down in public, and she will not leave the house without looking her best. Whenever she's upset about something, she can be found fiddling away with her piano. She chews her lip a lot when she's nervous, and when she's getting ready to cry she flutters her eye lashes very rapidly. Friends and Enemies: Narcissa and Lucius run amongst the other pureblood families of the Wizarding World- and although they have a few "close" friends, they have a lot of acquaintances with the same beliefs as they hold. They have friends in "high places" especially at the Ministry of Magic. Their enemies are anyone who doesn't feel the same way they do about muggleborns, and those who are active in that cause.
